Finance
Turns numbers into clear insights. You probably have a stereotype in mind of what someone in Finance is like. Erase that. By day, they report the numbers and keep the business financially healthy. By night, one of them lights up Amsterdam as a drag queen. The rest? Let's just say they're all united by one thing: a love for après-ski.
People
Builds the foundation for great teams. The People team is usually the first to welcome you to BridgeFund. And the last to wave goodbye if you ever leave. In between, they see, hear and know just about everything. And if they smell you, they’ll bring you some deodorant.
Legal & Compliance
Makes sure we play by the rules. Who knew laws and regulations could actually be interesting? This team, obviously. By identifying risks early, they make sure BridgeFund can keep moving forward with confidence. The only thing getting laundered around here is the occasional pair of white socks peeking out above someone's trainers.
Office
Makes every working day a great one. Working from home is always an option, but thanks to this team, the office is the only place you want to be. They keep everything running smoothly: from the coffee machine to our legendary summer and Christmas parties. Their official responsibilities end the moment the first cork pops. After that, they proudly hand things over to the party's Closing King or Queen.
Strategy
Keeps BridgeFund moving in the right direction. Growth opportunities. Challenges. New ways to make an impact. This team has a talent for spotting them before anyone else. Everything starts with one question: what do entrepreneurs really need? Most projects begin without a clear answer. Through conversations, research and analysis, this team finds it.
