Very! Our 9 Ways of Working are at the heart of our culture. We live by them every day, and we're proud of that. For us, a cultural fit is just as important as having the right skills for the role.

That depends on your role and the number of hours you work. If you're part of the Enabling or Operations teams, you can work from home one day a week if you work between 32 and 40 hours per week. Members of the Tech team can work from home two days a week.

We'd like to get to know the person behind the CV, because a résumé or LinkedIn profile only tells part of the story. Show us who you are and why you'd like to work at BridgeFund. A few sentences will do. Or surprise us with something creative. The choice is yours.

Absolutely. At BridgeFund, your growth matters. You'll learn by gaining hands-on experience, receiving coaching from your managers and exchanging feedback with your team. We also organise regular company-wide training sessions. On top of that, you can use your personal learning budget to develop the skills that support your role or future ambitions.

Twenty-five! On top of that, you'll get a special BridgeDay that you can use for a day that's meaningful to you. Whether it's Keti Koti, your grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary or another special occasion, we're all for it. And if there's any cake left over, you know where to find us.

Yep. You can use part of your holiday allowance to purchase up to five additional vacation days each year.

We only store the information we need and delete it as soon as we no longer need it. We always do this securely. You can find more information here.

At BridgeFund, we're big fans of four-legged colleagues. Dogs make the workplace even more enjoyable and help reduce stress. To keep our two-legged colleagues safe and productive too, we do have a few guidelines in place. Ask about those if you'd like to bring your dog along. P.S. Our office dog Ted often joins us!

The ones you go after. We don't have fixed career paths, but because we're growing fast, new opportunities come up all the time. You don't have to wait for one to appear. If you've got a great idea and a solid plan to make it happen, a "yes" is usually closer than you think.

Nope. We believe in paying a great salary instead. We also encourage everyone to cycle to work, and if you live further away, you can choose between a kilometer allowance or a train subscription.
