No team spends more time behind a keyboard than Tech. Whether that's because they're incredibly busy (they are) or because they simply enjoy the sound of mechanical keyboards, we're still investigating. One thing we do know? We wouldn't want to do without them.
Modeling & Analytics
Builds models that make better decisions. BridgeFund's famous speed? This team deserves a big share of the credit. They turn data into insights that help the entire company make smarter decisions. Headphones on, deep focus activated. Although every now and then, an unexpected Bluetooth (dis)connection treats the whole office to their playlist.
Product
Creates an intuitive and reliable online experience. The Product team sees possibilities where others see problems. First they break a challenge down and weigh every stakeholder and every objective, then they look for the best solution. With success. They're successful together outside of work too: 40% of the team found love at BridgeFund.
Software Engineering
Powers our mission with systems, apps and AI. Everything this team builds has three things in common: it's secure, scalable and reliable. Colleagues come from all over the world, so all the talking happens in English. The only thing they're nostalgic about is their taste in music. About software? Not so much. They've happily retired more than twenty legacy services in just six months.
Data Platform
Builds the foundation behind our data. Data is central to everything BridgeFund does. This team develops the platform that enables other teams to improve, refine and expand their machine learning models. They're direct, pragmatic and focused. Coincidentally, they're just as aligned when it comes to celebrating birthdays.
Platform & Security Engineering
Manages the foundation of every BridgeFund product. Proof that a small team can make a huge impact. Alongside human colleagues, this team works with AI teammates that have their own names and real responsibilities. If anyone figures out how to outsource household chores to AI, it'll be these people.
